Holly and Ash began teaching workshops together in 2015 while working at a screen printing studio in Brunswick. Ash is originally from Scotland and graduated with a BA Honours Degree in Textile Design in 2011. After graduating she booked a one way ticket to Australia and has been living there since. Ash has experience in teaching both in Scotland and in Melbourne, whilst working on a collection of paintings and prints inspired by geometric shape and the architecture which surrounds her here in Melbourne.

Holly studied a Diploma of Costume Design in 2009 followed by a Bachelor of Fine Art at RMIT, majoring in printmaking in 2012. Since graduating she has co-founded Plein Air Studios, a visual arts studio in Brunswick, where she makes limited edition relief prints. It's from this studio that Print Safari came to fruition, teaching print workshops and exploring all things print with her partner in crime, Ash.

Ash and Holly have worked in a range of studios around Melbourne, teaching a variety of printmaking workshops. Their passion for bold pattern, vibrant colours and contemporary design is reflected in their energetic teaching style and dynamic aesthetic.
